I really love working with buyers. There is just something about going through the process, navigating it with you, helping you when you're stressed from negotiations, having fun showing homes with you, watching you get excited planning where furniture will go, being a part of helping you select the perfect one. & being the one who gets to hand you the keys to your new home on possession day and see the joy on your face as you walk around in your new home for the first time when it becomes yours.
That is a big deal. A very special time in your life & I take it very seriously.
I have been working with buyers since 2005 and I fell in love with the process from the very first time. I have tones of experience working with buyers in all ranges and types of housing. I am always available for my clients and am very easy to reach. I like to make the process as stress-free and fun as possible but very professional.
I believe education is the key to a smooth transaction as your agent it is my job to educate you on every aspect of the market, transaction, houses, communities & potential pitfalls so that you can make an informed confident decision.
I will guide you through the process from start to finish and beyond the sale. I am in this business for the long term and I rely on giving the absolute best quality service and continue to help after you have purchased. I don't mass advertise.
